In2Change understand there’s been a lot of discussion following recent announcements from Mark Butler, and it’s completely natural to feel uncertain when changes are talked about.
We want to reassure all In2change Support Coordination participants that there are currently no immediate changes to your individual supports or services. Your existing plans, funding, and supports remain in place.
At In2change, we are actively staying informed and will continue to support your needs every step of the way. If any future changes are confirmed that may affect you, we will communicate clearly, promptly, and support you to navigate them with confidence.
Our focus remains the same — ensuring you have the right supports in place to meet your goals, maintain your independence, and feel secure in your plan.

This is a full-time role with flexible work arrangements, working in a collaborative, person-centred team across Southern Tasmania.
